With deep expertise in threading design, material selection, and functionality, we craft products that tackle even the most challenging operational demands. No matter the requirement, we’re committed to providing reliable, high-performance solutions that keep your operations running smoothly.

Coupling

A short tubular connector used to join two sections of casing or tubing. It ensures a secure, pressure-tight connection and is used throughout the well to assemble long pipe strings.

Bull Nose

A rounded, closed-end fitting installed at the bottom of the tubing string to facilitate smooth entry into the wellbore. It helps prevent debris accumulation and is used during well completion and workover operations.

Flow Coupling

A thick-walled tubular component placed near connections in production tubing to withstand erosion and turbulence caused by high-velocity fluids. It is used in areas prone to excessive wear, such as near safety valves or perforations.

Fluted Centralizer

A downhole device with longitudinal flutes that allow fluid bypass while keeping the tubing or casing centered in the wellbore. It is used in cementing operations to ensure uniform cement distribution and well integrity.

Landing Nipple

A precision-machined profile in the tubing string designed to receive and lock various downhole tools like plugs or flow control devices. It is used for zonal isolation, well intervention, and production control.

Lifting Sub

A threaded tool attached to tubulars or downhole equipment to facilitate lifting and handling during rig operations. It is used for safe and efficient installation or retrieval of heavy downhole assemblies.

No-Go Locator

A downhole tool with a restricted bore that prevents further tool movement past a designated depth. It is used to accurately position plugs, packers, or other completion tools.

Polished Bore Receptacle

A smooth, honed bore that allows the tubing string to expand and contract due to thermal and pressure changes. It is used in packer systems and liner tie-backs to accommodate movement.

Seal Bore Extension

An extended polished bore used to provide additional sealing length for packers or seal assemblies. It is used in high-pressure, high-temperature wells where expansion and contraction must be managed.

Seal Unit Sub

A component that houses elastomeric seals, allowing tubing movement while maintaining pressure isolation. It is used in wells with tubing movement due to thermal expansion.

Sliding Sleeve Door

A downhole valve that can be opened or closed to control fluid flow between tubing and the annulus. It is used for selective zone production, well stimulation, or gas lift operations.

Tubing Adapter

A connector that transitions from the tubing to surface equipment, ensuring a proper fit and pressure integrity. It is used at the wellhead to interface tubing with production systems.

Wireline Entry Guide

A tapered tool installed at the top of a downhole assembly to guide wireline tools smoothly into the tubing. It is used during well interventions to prevent tool hang-ups.

Subsurface Safety Valve

The Subsurface Safety Valve (SSSV) is a critical component in well intervention, designed to uphold the highest safety standards and ensure the overall security of oil and gas production operations. Recognizing its importance, RAZEN has dedicated extensive resources to developing a high-performance design engineered to withstand extreme pressures and prevent accidental well control incidents. Our commitment to safety and innovation drives us to deliver reliable, field-proven solutions that enhance operational security and efficiency.

RsV - Wireline Retrievable Safety Valve

Designed for seamless compatibility with the S4 landing nipple, this Wireline Retrievable Safety Valve (WRSV) features a flapper-type valve mechanism that provides a reliable seal for enhanced well control. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, it ensures durability and long-term performance in harsh well environments. The valve is operated via hydraulic control from the surface, allowing precise and efficient activation when needed. Rigorously tested to withstand 7,500 psi hydraulic pressure, it meets the requirements of API 14A and API 14L standards, ensuring optimal reliability, safety, and efficiency in high-pressure applications.

Bespoke Design and Manufacturing

We recognize that the oil and gas industry is constantly evolving, and field requirements often call for modifications or custom designs. At RAZEN, with over 50 years of combined experience in oil and gas design and manufacturing, we offer bespoke design and manufacturing services to help clients tailor their equipment’s size and features to meet specific needs. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can enhance your operations and provide customized solutions that improve performance and efficiency. Let’s work together to create the perfect fit for your challenges.

Special Size Check Set

The Check Set Tool is a critical completion accessory used in well intervention and completion operations. It is primarily designed to mechanically set and verify the installation of Lock Mandrel within the wellbore. This tool ensures that the installed components are correctly positioned and securely engaged with the landing nipple before full-scale operations commence.
